Prospectus with application forms can be had from FRUITIVE or downloaded from the web site.

Fill up the FRUITIVE and ACE Applications for Enrollment, enclose the necessary documents and forward to FRUITIVE Aviation, I Floor, 51, Motilal Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017. Accompanied by Registration fee of Rs.50000/- by DD in favor of 'FRUITIVE Aviation’, payable at Chennai.

Instructions to fill the application. Give genuine information. Fill all the columns legibly.

Please note that any wrong information furnished or forged documents presented will lead to Visa refusal.

Your application will be forwarded to ACE for getting the Admission Letter. When your Application for Enrollment has been accepted, the Admission Letter will be reaching Fruitive in a week’s time. The Admission Letter will confirm your course enrollment and start date.

Within seven working days from the date of receiving the acceptance letter, ACE will send payment advice.

Thereafter You need to wire transfer 50% of course fee to ACE Book To and Fro Air Ticket to Philippines (Manila) .

You need to send wire transfer copy, ticket copy along with Passport and visa application to Fruitive for getting VISA in a week or ten days time.

After receipt of VISA, you should plan for your departure to ACE..

On reaching Philippines, ACE will get you Special Study Permit. Also, you have to undergo Airman Medical Test in Philippines. Thereafter, the course will commence.

On successful completion of the course in ACE, you have to return to India.

Those who opted for services of Fruitive in license conversion should contact Fruitive for further course of action.
