Prospectus with applications form can be had from FRUITIVE or downloaded from the web site. Fill up the FRUITIVE and AWFA Applications for Enrollment, enclose the necessary documents and forward to FRUITIVE , I Floor, 51, Motilal Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017 accompanied by Registration fee of  900$ by DD in favor of 'FRUITIVE AIVATION’ payable at Chennai.

Instructions to fill the applications

Give genuine information.

Fill all the columns legibly by CAPITAL LETTERS

Affix recent color photos.

Send color photocopy of your first and last page of your PP

Self attest by putting your signature in the bottom of the all photocopies.

Please note that any wrong information or forged documents will lead to
   permanent Visa refusal.

On acceptance of your application, you have to sign a "FRUIITVE Student   

   Agreement".

Your application will be forwarded to AWFA for getting I20. The normal perio is   

   two weeks to get Immigration Certificate (I20). This will facilitate you to get M1 US

   Visa for one year.

When your Application for Enrollment has been accepted, the

  Immigration Certificate (I20) will be sent to FRUITIVE by AWFA. The I20 will

  confirm your course enrollment and start date. Receipt of I20 will be informed to

  you.

For other formalities like I901 Fee (100$), Initial TSA registration fee (130$), VISA

   processing and Guidance program fee (241$) will be paid by FRUITIVE.

FRUITIVE will get you appointment with the FAA Authorized Medical Officer at

   Mumbai. You need to get FAA Class I Medical Fitness Certificate.

FRUITIVE will assist you for an appointment with the nearest American Embassy or

US Consulate Office by paying the necessary fee. FRUITIVE guides you in Visa

Documentation and Personal Interview Preparation.

You must be able to read, speak and understand English. If you have any concerns

regarding your English communication ability, please contact FRUITIVE for

assistance.

After receipt of VISA, you should plan for your departure to AWFA. You have to

wire transfer the course fee and other necessary fees two weeks before the date of departure to US. You should contact FRUITIVE for travel arrangements and for the

overseas medical insurance.

AWFA takes care of your Finger Print registration with TSA Authorities once you

   reach there.

Normally it will take one-week time to get approval for flying from TSA after the

  fingerprint registration.

On successful completion of the course, you have to return to India.

FRUITIVE will be assisting you for DGCA Conversion formalities.
